All Bar One, Regent Street - just undergoing the final stages of refurbishment when I was doing my research so it should be open by now. Presumably the Regetnt's Street vintage will be typical of all bars in this chain, should be good for a glass of decent wine though.
Walk back down to Oxford Circus and either walk down Oxford Street in the direction of Tottenham Court Road or hop on a bus.
