On the spot reports

Here are some reports of the day from people who were there

10 pound reward up for grabs.

Has anyone seen a memory answering to the name of Ezza which was lost between about 5.00 and 7.30 on 1 August?

It was last seen leaving Shelley's with the lads and popping back in to the bog as a result of stomach cramps from the hangover from the day before and no food for a long time. There followed an indeterminate length of time having a little sleep on the bog (from the depth of the ring impression on the arse about 20-30 minutes).

From here, a fast black bus to Henry's to try and catch up and then regained an awareness of location in Shepherds Market, at about 6.45 to 7.00 when I settled down for a couple of pints and a little wait.

The revealling bit is going through the pockets yesterday - a receipt from MacDonalds at Tottenham Court Road / Oxford Street (did I go to The Tottenham?) A no 73 bus ticket from Tottenham Court Road explains how I got to Shepherd Market, but what did I buy for 4.77 in WH Smiths? Distinctly concerning is the fact that I already had a travelcard, so why pay for a bus ticket? Still, look on the bright side, the trousers stayed dry and I got there in the end!

Any assistance with the memory would be great.

The last thing I remember is either Pirate or Robbie giving me a full tongue snog before I went home. Cheers lads.

Anyway, they make Monopoly for loads of cities all over the world so NS's 40th is obviously the same in a foreign town. Paris sounds good to me.

The bits I can recall were a blinding day spent in the cultural centre of Western Europe and one of the worlds greatest cities, which we in true Hatter style totally ignored and reduced to our own level. I'm proud of you. Hope you remember as little about your birthday as I do FB. Ezza

Ez,

Sorry mate I've not got it. And it was Robbie you were tonguing with.

If it helps, which it probably doesn't cause I think I'm missing the same bit, I remember being somewhere having a Pint of Bitter, Henry's in Piccadilly I think, and NS and Robbie drinking the same two pints?.... I think Sheriff was asleep there. I remember at some stage after that someone saying, we've lost Ezza and Sheriff and just assuming you'd both gone home.

Then nothing................

But if you look at the route, we probably went to The Fanfare and Firkin, The All Bar One, The Tottenham in Oxford Street (This may be why you were there?) The Victoria and Albert at Marylebone Station (you'd think I'd remember a station) and the Rose and Crown.

The next thing I remember was forgetting we'd been to Old Park Lane about two seconds after we apparently left the pub in Old Park Lane. Then there's some nonsense about making up for Vine Street by going in the first pub we walked passed, then it all becomes clear again.... I can see Baileys in a small glass with some ice, a short stagger up the road into Ye Grapes, A Viking, the whip running out after the first bottle of wine oops there goes another twenty quid, cigars. Staggering about in a road with FB and Bitch, get a Black Bus to the station cause we've got no idea which direction it is. Save Kiwi from handcuffs. Bill and Ted. Breakfast.... (including strong Cider)

And yes, what a beautiful city. Shame about the law enforcement authorities.....

No wait...... Table Football somewhere.... with a Bacardi Breezer. The only way the ball was going in was because people kept picking up the table.... then blank again...

Later.
Pirate.
